The FRDC requires that Milestone Reports are written in line with its format. The Milestone Report Template provides an outline of the format.
Each milestone report must address the work program associated with the milestone - i.e. what progress has been made. The detail is outlined in the Project Agreement unless a variation to a milestone has been previously approved by the FRDC. The Milestone Report also provides an opportunity to raise any issues with regards the project - opporutnities or risks.
Once you have completed your milestone report, please sent to the FRDC Programs inbox email@example.com with the project number as the ‘subject’ heading.
Your milestone will be reviewed and you will receive advice on whether your milestone has been approved before further information is required.
The project agreement contains a schedule of payments that are agreed between FRDC and the research provider with respect to project deliverables. This schedule describes the milestone due date, amount and details of what is required. Once a milestone has been achieved and the associated milestone report submitted, FRDC will then review and approve the milestone before the payment will be made upon receipt of a tax invoice. All milestone reports and invoices should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org with the project number as the ‘subject’.
