FRDC funding opportunities are now open for researchers and postgraduate students to address priorities identified by stakeholders in Indigenous, commercial and recreational fishing and aquaculture.

Applications are invited to address 16 priorities.

Applicants may also submit an application that aligns to FRDC’s R&D Plan but does not address an identified priority.

Projects that demonstrate strong connections with the sector, co-contributions from stakeholders and alignment with the plan are preferred.

Applications must be submitted via our FishNet Portal by 11 July, 2022 unless otherwise stipulated.
